Also, the SD-2100 has a display that shows the status of the system at all times, so you won’t get any nasty surprises or malfunctions that go unnoticed. It has a battery back-up and recharge reminder as well.
The SD-2100 and Your Dog
Your dog will receive a small correction in the form of a small static shock delivered through the collar every time it tries to wander off. The correction administered is not painful or harmful, but it corrects your dog’s behavior and prevents it from trying to leave the area you assined for it. The level of the signal also increases as the dog nears the boundary. The SD-2100 gives protection to an area of up to 25 acres.
