The collar emits a high pitched sound that stops dogs from barking. You will not be able to hear it because it is too high pitched for humans to hear.
One of the advantages of this collar is that you can adjust the settings, pitch, and frequency of the sound, so that it adjusts better to your dog’s behavior. For example, you can select between a constant sound or a fluctuating sound, depending on which one your dog responds better to.
